**Shipping Policy**
At Bitty Penny Crafts LLC, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Please review the following information to understand our shipping process.
1. **Shipping Regions**
We offer shipping within the United States and we do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Also, we have partnered with the amazing store Mindless Crafting. All international orders can be placed in their shop. Where they ship to, their processing times, and shop policies may differ. If you choose to order with them then please note that we are not able to provide any assistance with your order.
2. **Shipping Carriers**
We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS at this time.
3. **Processing Times**
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process and prepare for shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. *** Pre-ordered*** times vary as we await material from our manufacturer.
4. **Shipping Rates**
Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. We offer the following options:
- **Standard Shipping:** A flat rate of $7.99 for all domestic orders regardless of size. the product will ship via priority mail.
5. **Expected Delivery Times**
Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Digital products are not shipped, therefore they “ship” for free and you will get them via email when your purchase is complete.
- Small packages with single flat product may ship for a reduced rate. That is determined by order size and decided on a case by case method by our company.
- Generally, most all physical orders will ship via priority mail so that you may have tracking information and protection of value issued by the USPS. Your order will automatically trigger a flat rate price. Once you see the flat rate price of $7.99 then you know that price will cover your entire order regardless of the number of products.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak shipping periods, such as holidays.
6. **Shipping Restrictions**
We do not ship internationally or to military APO/FPO addresses. We are also only shipping in the United States at this time. Additionally, certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination regulations. If your order cannot be shipped due to a restriction, we will notify you as soon as possible.
7. **Order Tracking**
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier’s website to monitor the progress of your delivery.
